    Candy Apple Blue are the recording project created by sibling songwriters & production team Carly & Hoyt Emerick. Along with progressing on their own musical journey as a two piece synth outfit, they also compose original songs for established and upcoming artists. Their contemporary publishing company MRIX MUZIK is currently expanding and working from the ground level up. Going full throttle & peddle to the metal for their love of good music! After taking a long 7 year hiatus from writing new compositions... The siblings have been re-energized and are plugged back in with a professional business approach to their music! They have a huge catalog of over 300 songs & specialize in writing music in the pop genre. They got their musical start composing for the NYC based electronic band, The Inertia Case, in the mid 1990's. The two draw inspiration from early 1980's synth acts to current day pop music. Candy Apple Blue are consistency working on composing new material for MRIX MUZIK Publishing, while doing remixes for outside artists. Implementing the several principles of classic power pop structure, their mission is to continue to write, record and produce new songs.
