This is a closing reception for MIASMA which opened on Feb. 21st at The Assembly Room, 15 Corson Ave. 2nd Fl. . There will be an after party at the Selzer residence, 180 Corson Ave. and a grandiloquent performance art procession connecting the two houses, thus the title MINI MIASMIC CORSON ART WALK.
MIASMA was digital and video art by Steven Lapcevic, paintings by Scott Lewis, performance art by Amanda Curtis, musical guest Blurple, and a variety of poetry readings. Aside from Lewis and Lapcevic, the closing will also feature performance art by David Rodgers, Amanda Curtis and Brendan Coyle of the Assembly with musical guest Les Vinyl, and the maps of Robert McMurray on view at 180 Corson.
