Sounds Like
According to DavidWell, ya know that sound when you're chewing your food, and a song gets stuck in your head, and the way you chew matches the rythem of the song, and you just have to start bobbing your head to your "chewtacious" rythem...well...it's nothing like that at all.
According to Wes
You know that sound when you wake up and you put some bacon on the frying pan and you hear that sizzle like “sssssszzsszssszzsssssss”, no…scratch that…ya know that sound when you poor milk on your rice crispys and they go “snap crackle pop, snap crackle pop, snap crackle pop!”…well, it doesn’t sound like that either. It’s more like the sound of a mother giving birth…nono, I got it, ok – it’s like this… I pick up my violin, and david picks up a guitar, and then he also starts playing drums, then I start swingin’ a little bass thingie, and then we both start singing lyrics, and then it’s our music, I got it, I’m a genius!
Narrative: Candy-Coated Crap, a full band with only two young men with a sick sense of humor. Together, these two characters bring original ideas of politics, racial issues, and unreal issues - such as flying platypusses, and yes, in their land, that is spelled correctly. Together, David and Wes bring the smile the smile to each and every person. According to their musical philosohpy "We don't like to make fun of any particular person, even though we do mention names in some of our songs...We make fun of the Stereotypes which people put on themselves. Candy Coated Crap just means, sweet things being bad, or 'Bon-Bon encrusted feces.' We prefer the second one..."
David Hey, how's it going? Don't answer that, I don't really care. My name is David, last name is private because...I said so. I do vocals, guitar, drums, bass, and keys in the music, and write half of all the songs. As a musician and songwriter, I set goals. Without goals, how would one play soccer? It's tough scoring it big in the music industry, so I have to keep a day job. I'd like to think I'm the greatest musician in the Universe, and that's exactly what I do think. I'm not conceited, but if one is to fulfill his own desires, he must get what he would like, and that's what I would like to think of myself. I like to rap and beat box alot while I bust out the guitar. I like ice cream, and most anything with chocolate - but no nuts or whipped cream, please. That just doesn't go over well with men. REAL men that is.
Wes I live in Los Banos, which I like to call the, uh…the thing…ya know that thing you don’t really like but you try to like it because it’s the only thing you’ve got. I like music a lot…mostly classical, but I’m very inspired by bill cosby. I’ve never listened to one of his albums before, but I’ve heard he has a very good voice, and he’s an inspiration to the African-american society….even though I’m not black, it’s very inspirational. Anywho, um, ya know…I play the violin, sing, write half the stuff…I’m also inspired by things that go on in the world, like, 3rd world countries inspire me…did I mention I play a little guitar? I know a few notes but I don’t know any chords. It’s not knowing what you can do, it’s believing, I believe I’m not that good, but I do fancy myself as one. And that brings me to my point on mad cow disease…read the blog. Anyway, my home life is very interesting, I like to play video games…I like to pretend the people I’m shooting in the video games is the world…because I hate the world….I just lied to you…about that last thing I said…but yeah….spread the word about us….you’ll love us.
Matt- I live in LB and I play the drums for CCC... oh yeah, I have a parrot named Miles.

Associate Productions Artist: Mo Pacino is like no other Hip-Hop artist. His words convey raw emotion and truth, and bring an alternative perspective to Hip-Hop and the world. Born August 13, 1982, this Arabic Muslim has gone through a lot since moving to Cleveland's suburb of Lakewood at the age of five. He began his music career passionately at the young age of seven. He started to sing and rap over Reggae instrumentals with two tape recorders. Mo developed significantly from the ages of ten to sixteen. However Mo struggled as he faced discrimination and other personal attacks; it was tough growing up in America as an Arabic Muslim. His journey continued throughout adolescence. Mo fought through the adversity however and strove to be one of Cleveland's top universal Hip-Hop artists.
