LO-FI: candyhammer lo-fi doesn't release CD's in jewel cases. We use the NEXPAK technology, not unlike the ultra-slim plastic cases in which your TV on DVD volumes are often snugly packaged. The case is clear, revealing 2 additional panels of artwork upon opening.
We have opted for this unique format in order to allow for a broader range of options in a CD layout: most utilize the whole rectangle, for a cover that either displays when the case is turned on its side-- like widescreen presentation on a plasma TV screen--
or stand up like a giant cassette cover:
In each case, it is more than twice the size of traditional CD artwork.
Our aim in publishing with this format is to provide bolder, bigger, more detailed art to accompany the music.
HI-FI: candyhammer hi-fi does release CD's in transparent jewel cases with double panel j-cards, shrink-wrap, bar code, GPS chip, and detonator wired to the candyhammer mainframe for self-destruct.

But you know what? This CD is fucking great! Yellow Squares may very
