No visit to Amsterdam is complete without visiting our garden. Our garden is the world’s only public flowering Cannabis garden, so a visit to our garden is a truly unique experience.
We always cultivate a wide selection of the world’s finest quality Cannabis strains. The College offers guided tours through our garden, with our volunteers talking visitors through the plants and answering their Cannabis related questions. Visitors are allowed to take photos of the garden, which will surely result in some of the most amazing snapshots you will capture during your stay in Amsterdam.

The beginning of a great holiday…
When visiting Amsterdam please visit the Cannabis College as soon as possible to receive independent, unbiased, truthful information about Cannabis, hemp, and the city’s coffeeshops. In order to avoid possible negative experiences when smoking or eating the substance we especially encourage those new to the city or first time Cannabis users to visit us early in their holiday, so they can venture out into the city well informed. This includes smoking etiquette as well as safety information regarding weed, hash, and the myriad coffeeshops in Amsterdam.
Those returning to our fair city will also benefit from visiting the Cannabis College, as Dutch Cannabis laws and the coffeeshop ‘scene’ are constantly evolving. Within the past two years, coffeeshop laws already in existence became heavily enforced, leading to some changes in the industry as well as the closure of many shops.
Our exhibitions in the Cannabis College are frequently refreshed and will educate the public on all aspects of the Cannabis hemp plant, regardless of your exposure to it or experience levels. The College attempts to teach folks of all ages in easy-to-understand terms. Of course our garden is also a constantly evolving mini eco-system which will have completely changed each time you visit us, yet is always composed of large organic plants in various stages of flower.
