Can of Worms (C.O.W.) is a party-lovin, beer-swillin rock n' roll power trio from Des Moines, Iowa. Formally known as the Rock Farmers, the boys decided that a new name was in order after a few changes in personnel. So, after many Budweisers and a well timed afternoon stop at a local strip club, the C.O.W. was born. For the past five years they have rocked the house at many local clubs and taverns as well as outdoor festivals.
