About The Hawaii Club - Live Music Venue

Located @ 2010 East Marshall Ave., Longview's Canton's Hawaii club has become the premier place to see original metal, rock, alternative, punk, and hardcore bands from around Texas. Hawaii club has become a second home for the best Dallas bands and bands from all over, including the occasional national act to keep East Texas with something to do every weekend!! Come out and ROCK with some DAMN good music and eat HOT chinese food while ya jam.

Set Times for Bands is as Follows:

On Acoustic Wendsdays load in time will be at 8pm. Set will start at 9 pm and will be three 45 minute sets with breaks in between. Leaving time for any adjustments.

On Thursdays for All Ages Shows load in time will be at 5:45. Set times will be 7 pm, 8 pm , and 9pm. Leaving time for adjustments.

On Fridays for BYOB 21+ and over, Load in Time will Be at 9 pm. Set Times will be 10 pm , 11pm , 12pm , and 1pm. Leaving Time there for any adjustments as needed.

On Saturdays for BYOB 21+ over, Times are as Follows: Load time is 9 pm. Set times are 10 pm, 11 pm, 12pm , 1 pm. Leaving time there for any adjustments as needed.

(March 9, 2009) Rick Moran, Coordinator and Chairman of the Board of the A.S.U.P, Inc. (The Association for the Study of Unexplained Phenomenon) a 35 year old paranormal field research organization, has confirmed that The Pride House of Jefferson, Texas, a bed and breakfast, is in fact, a haunted location. A team of researchers from the A.S.U.P, Inc. , who is a T.A.P.S. affiliate, was invited to conduct an overnight investigation of the Pride House by current owner, Jenny Lovelace-Elliott. Mrs. Elliott, who has recently purchased The Pride House, began to notice strange occurrences in the house shortly after she began renovating the property for the bed and breakfast. The A.S.U.P., Inc. team of researchers arrived on site and proceeded to conduct its investigation of The Pride House, which included the grounds, main house, and the carriage house. Several amazing photos and Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVPs) were captured, as well as personal experiences by the investigators. One photo in particular is of a ghostly presence on the staircase in the main house, which experts have not been able to explain as other than paranormal. On April 25, 2009, beginning at 4 p.m., Mr. Moran will be giving a FREE presentation at The Pride House explaining the recent investigation by the A.S.U.P., Inc. A plaque will be presented to Mrs. Elliott confirming the haunted status of The Pride House, along with a copy of the now famous photo of the ghost on the staircase. The Pride House will be hosting a wine and cheese event during the presentation for a donation of $5. 00, if one wishes to have a glass of wine. However, the A.S.U.P., Inc. presentation itself is FREE, and Rick will be on hand to answer any questions anyone might have about unexplained phenomenon and his long career as an investigator.
