NEW - JULY 6, 2008
hello everyone. peter here. the band as of late has been on somewhat of an unintentional hiatus. everyone is either away or busy and concentrating on other things. in the spirit of going with the flow, by the end of the summer, when our bassist departs for college, cantrev caffidor will most likely dissolve. we've been in the process of recording a new album, so hopefully, if we're lucky, we'll get some new songs out to you before the end of the summer when our beloved dave stuart begins a new chapter in his life. nick and i have been writing new and very different music lately, so you all may see something new and exciting from the remaining members of cantrev caffidor. we will most likely drop the name and our older songs. we recognize that we are entering new phases in our lives and all things die so we will most likely move on. i hope all is still well and please everyone still support our friends pirouette, bobby perdu and shinke. currently, both nick and i are regular members of bobby perdu so please try to make it out to some shows sometime. we'd love to see you. thank you all very much for supporting us for the past 3 or so years. it's been fun!

I have actually been thinking that same thought constantly. We've been thinking about planning a show for when we complete our new EP as a release show of sorts I suppose. You guys would most definitly be one of the bands we'd love to have play
Lets plan some more stuff out, the last time I saw you guys play at scottys it was amazing, you guys just keep progressing and progressing, i'm excited to hear some new legit recordings.
