Jesus because he is my bestfriend. My Daddy. I want to be just like him. Papa too. I will miss not getting to know him. And of course all the doctors and nurses that helped me get better!

My name is Riley and I am eternally 3 years old. When I was 11 months old I got a cold and so Mommy took me to the doctor because it would not go away. The doctor thought I might have pnemonia so she did some tests and came back and told my Mommy that my platelets were low (which means my blood could not clot the way it should) and she wanted me to go to the emergency room. I got really sick before we got there and it just kept getting worse! By the time we got there I couldn't even hold my head up. They started and IV and ran some more tests. I was tired and hungry but I was so weak I couldn't even eat!! My Maga (who is my grandma for those of you wondering) got there and was holding me and I heard Mommy start crying when they told her I had
Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. or ALL. They said my white blood cell count was 400,000 (which is really high) and they put me in a hospital room. I finally fell asleep but in the morning I couldn't wake up. The doctors came in and told Mommy and Daddy that my WBC count had gone to over 1 million and they had to fly me to Charleston immediatly for treatment. They put tubes in my lungs and Mommy flew with me to MUSC. When we got there they did a CT scan because my blood was so thinned out by cancer cells and just as they feared, it showed a seizure had caused a bleed in my brain. They immediatly had to do a brain surgery to remove it and for 2 and a half weeks the left side of my skull was in my abdomen and I had an external shunt in my head! Then they were able to do pheresis (which is filtering the cancer cells out of my blood)and I was in PICU for three and a half weeks! It was almost a week before I finally woke up! When I did it was scary and I didn't know what was going on! I could tell the doctors and my Mommy and Daddy and everyone else was really scared but I hung in there! They started chemotherapy and in 2 weeks I was inm remission! When they went to put my skull back together I had another bleed but they finally got everything fixed. After 1 whole month in the hospital I finally got to go home to Greenville! I had to spend a lot of time in the hospital here and I did a whole year of chemo. I was in remission for 2 years and I was doing so well. The chemo never even made me sick! At almost two years to the date they took my port out. Unfortunatly one week later Mommy noticed I was bruising again. She took me to the doctor and sure enough my cancer had come back.
I went down to Charleston to do a bone marrow transplant. First I had to do full body radiation because my leukemia had adapted to the chemo. Then I did the transplant. My 5 year old sister was my brave donor! My transplant was Oct 19th 2007. In late January the doctor came in and brought my Mommy the worst news she'd ever heard. My cancer had come back again and it was really strong. There was nothing else they could do. The doctor told my Mommy I would live anywhere from 1-6 months. We went on a Make a Wish to Orlando and I spent Easter hunting eggs with my sisters. A week later, April 6, 2008, while taking family pictures at Wal-Mart I went into cardiac arrest and earned my wings while my Mommy and Daddy were holding me.
The last things I heard were my Daddy telling me he loved me and my Mommy telling me she was just trying to hold onto me. Now I watch over them from heaven and I am sad that they miss me so much but I am better and one day I will be with them again.

Ever hear of Bingo cards being only 50 cents a a card and each card plays not one, not two but THREE games? Well I have because right now if you buy one card, you get another one absolutely free!!! It's going on
until 2pm tomorrow! So you might as well get your cards while you can!!! I GAVE away 5 cards last night because someone was kind enough to donate to the fund and didn't want her cards!! WOW!! Want free cards at a chance to win one of the great prizes that are available? I can dothat too! Ask how!!
If you are wondering why I'm doing BINGO games for a fundraiser, its because my grandmother lost her home and belongings in a house explosion on the 4th of October. she almost lost her life. So any kind of funds could surely help Her out!! Thanks so much! The stories about her and what happened can be found in my blog.
HE ARRIVED THIS MORNING, WE HAD PRAYER; SPENT SOME TIME JUST TALKING, AND HE HELD ME FOR AWHILE BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A BAD MORNING. THEN, HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO YOUR PLACE.
When He gets to your PC, escort Him to the next stop. Please don't allow Him to sleep on your PC. The message He is carrying is very important and needs to go round. May God bless you as you do this- AMEN.
Walking for Jesus! Say a prayer, and then pass Him on to bless others. Our assignment is to love and spread the gospel throughout the world. Have a blessed day and touch somebody's life today! I just did. He's walking around the world - via e-mail!! Pass it on! So He can get there
