CAPOEIRA Classes in Overland Park, Kansas are every Saturday from 1:30pm-3:30pm. The first one is a FREE SESSION for new students. Can’t go to the gym every day or afford a personal trainer? Get an intense 2 hour capoeira power work-out to get you through the work week. Develop great cardio, strength and flexibility in this exciting and invigorating new fitness trend.
