**For all classes, please arrive 15 minutes early to take care of payment and paperwork. All you need is yourself, some loose fitting pants, a white t-shirt and some water!

Thanks for agreeing to help me start this. This is both a new beginning, hopefully of a consistent Capoeira happening on the east side of things as well as a continuance of an old tradition that we lost over the past few years.
What: Open roda at the beginning or Nommo: Voices of exchange.
We used to always open our open mic event with a roda when it was on the west side, but now we will be committing much more time for the capoeira so that the roda itself can stand alone. Dress as you like; Capoeira clothes, street clothes, whatever floats your boat. You may want to bring a change of clothes. Come for the roda, Stay for the open mic.
