About me:
I'm a 33 year old single woman working in retail and doing the best that I can. I like sports, reading, the computer, music, dancing, being with family and friends, and lots of other stuff. I'm trying to be the best person I know how to be. I'm sweet, funny, and laid back. I do not have any kids. I enjoy lots more different things, so if you want to know, ask or write.
I like to chat on Yahoo Messenger, so feel free to message me! My Yahoo name is: capric0rn1976
Who I'd like to meet:
I'd love to meet my soul mate. A good guy who is sweet, funny, nice, laid-back, has a job, and has a good personality. He should have some goals and shouldn't be too controlling or overprotective.
Hey woman. How are you?? I have some bad news: Bill is getting laid-off from his job next Wednesday. He's been there for about 2 years, but since they make wheels for Honda and Ford cars, and the cars haven't been selling well lately, his company has decided to lay off the 100 least senior people. He was one of them. It seems like every business or corporation around here is laying people off, so who knows when he will find another job. He IS subject to recall, which means that if more work comes in, he will be "re-hired" back. However, the economy really needs to pick up. For now, he's just going to collect unemployment, go to college, and try to find something else. If you could, please pray for us. Anyways, how are you doing? How's everything? Any new guys? Call me sometime!! I miss you!
I hope you have a fabulous 33rd birthday, woman! I can't believe that so much time has passed. It seems like only yesterday you were turning 25 and we were working at Wal-mart! Now, I'm turning 28 this year and you're 33. Where did the time go? Anyways, thanks so much for the anniversary wishes on Facebook. I can't believe it has been 3 years either. Anyways, we need to get together sometime when the weather is better. I should graduate from school in August or before, but I hope to see you before then! You will have to come down to our apartment sometime. :) I miss you! Happy Birthday!
How was your visit with your brother, Melissa, and Breila? How's your cousins and grandma doing? Oh, and does your brother know what they're having yet??! :)
I got your voicemail message last night. Bill and I were in bed, asleep! Bill has been on vacation for the past 11 days, so we've been getting up at 8 am and going to sleep around 10--kind of like old people. :) I promise we'll talk soon.
Hey woman, hope that you and the family have a great Thanksgiving! Any news with anything? Let me know! We'll have to talk on the phone sometime soon. I always check to see if you're on Yahoo Messenger, but you're never on when I'm on!
How did you meet him? On here or in Yahoo chat? And he works at Honda? Maybe my dad has heard of him! LOL
YES, we do need to get together soon. I am done with school after November 17th and winter break doesn't end until January 5th. So, I'm basically free anytime between those dates!
Yes, I realize we are hard to get ahold of. We're both taking classes that require a lot of work (Bill is taking Calculus and I'm taking Biology & Accelerated College Algebra). PLUS, Bill just had surgery last Friday. He was diagnosed with a hernia a few months ago and had to meet up with a surgeon. He had surgery on it last Friday morning at the hospital and is recovering. He is off work and is receiving short-term disability checks until he is cleared by the doctor to go back to work--which should happen in early-to-mid November. He is approved to go to classes, but is not allowed to lift or bend too much. (His job requires him to lift 45 pounds on a regular basis.)
So, we have had A LOT going on lately. Besides work, is there anything going on with you? Any other guys? Any other job prospects? Ever hear from WalMart? How's the family?
