Hi everyone, check out my friends movement classes: This is a call to all of those who have the courage to LET GO, (and are ready to have fun!) Move the body, quiet the mind, and free the Spirit....An ecstatic movement experience.. This simple movement class combines Gabrielle Roth's "Sweat your Prayers", Qi Gong, guided meditation, and deep relaxation as a way back to your center; your moving center and the inspiration of the heart. It is movement as medicine. Rooted in the innate wisdom of the body, natural flow of the breath, and pulsing rhythm inherent in all life. It's an opportunity to let go of the mind and allow the body to be moved by rhythm, to disappear into the wave of sound, to offer your bones back to the dance, to offer your sweat as a prayer, and to gather in community to celebrate.
