About me:
I have been doing property preservation and conveyance services as far back as 1986 where my family had a business that operated throughout most of California. The past 5 years have changed so drastically that I got out of the business for a short period and went into mortgage marketing, but when the mortgage market started failing and there was an increase in foreclosures in Southern California I knew that it would be best for me to return to the business I am most familiar with. Together with two partners, we founded California Home Conveyance Services in an effort to provide property preservation and securing directly to lenders, nationwide contracting companies, investors and REO Brokers.
Since last year I have hired and trained over 10 crews bringing to them my own 20 years of experience so that they can conduct our sub-contracting work both professionally and efficiently. We demand the highest quality work from those who provide us their sub-contracting services and for work completions to be submitted within 24-48 hours of the assignment date unless it is a rehab/construction assignment which requires more time. We are both licensed and insured and we offer services in Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties. Right now we are even expanding into southern regions of Los Angeles County.
