An electronic unit of Yasutaka Nakata, multi-talented musician who conducts producing, art direction, designing and styling, etc. and vocalist Toshiko Koshijima. Because of their extraordinary music sense that freely manages various sounds such as electronic, house, disco-punk, lounge, rock, cut-up as well as the fashionability of their products, capsule receive earnest support especially from beauty and apparel industry people. Their latest album “Sugarless GiRL” went up to No.1 on the iTunes Music Store Japan General Album Chart and Electronic Chart while “Starry Sky” in this album ranked No.2 on the Electronic Chart in Switzerland, thus making an exceptional hit in this genre in the world. Yasutaka Nakata is actively working as a producer and offers many songs to other artists such as m-flo, MEG and many more as well as works for arrangement and remixing. He also has close connection with fashion scenes and works as a DJ for various club events popular among stylists, apparel shop staff and beauty school students. In 2005, he designed an original plan and music for a short animation movie “Flying City Plan” produced in cooperation with Studio Ghibli. This animation together with related works was released as a DVD “Short Short” recorded several hundred thousand copy sales in Japan.
