| General | I love to Act, it is my passion and the only major dream I have for my future, as well as the thing in my life I have the most confidence in. I love sports, I play a lot of Basketball, and some football, soccer, hockey, etc. I also love hanging out with my friends and people I care about. I like watching movies, playing video games, just the basic general teenage boy stuff. | | Music | Anything the doesnt make me puke... (Backstreet Boys, Christina Aguelara, Hannah Montana, you know what kind of stuff I'm talking about) I like alot of stuff, Flogging Molly, Green Day, Citizen Cope, Maroon 5 some older Rap and Hip-Hop like Eminem and Outkast, basically anything That none of the rest of the world has listened to for the past 5-10 years. Im so sick of the new crap... Sean Kingston says "I can take you there" or "I can take ya" 56 times in that song, I counted... Word, thats music now?
| | Movies | There are so many good movies in the world, and if I named them all, I would probably die of an annuerism. Sin City, Saw 1-4, Requiem for a Dream (The most disturbing movie I have ever seen), Leon the Professional, Seven, Lucky Number Seven, Amityville Horror, Smokin Aces, Shaun of the Dead, The Shawshank Redemption, Psycho, Memento, Star Wars (the originals, fuck that new crap), The X-Men movies, Across the Universe, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Blood Diamond, Oceans 11-13, Braveheart, Fargo, Donnie Darko, V for Vendetta, Natural Born Killers, 300, Almost Famous, Resevoir Dogs... Oh My God... Im not even close to done and my brain hurts... I will leave it at that for now... lol
If you noticed, none of those movies are comedies. Now I love comedy, but I figured that it is a lot easier to take a cheap laugh than make a movie that sticks with you or makes you think, so if someone accomplishes something like Requiem for a Dream, or The Professional, they have done more and deserve to be recognized, I mean Monty Python is great, but come on...
| | Television | I watch all of the stupid FOX talent shows, like American Idol, Hells Kitchen, and of course the best show in the history of the world.... So You Think You Can Dance. Oh yeah, if you dont like that show I will fight you. Family Guy, American Dad, Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Robot Chicken, Veronica Mars, Scrubs, The Simpsons, That 70's Show, Entourage, Six Feet Under, and anything on ESPN or anything at all Sports related.
I know a few of those got cancelled, but isnt that the way it always goes? The good stuff gets cancelled, and yet the search for the next pussycat doll and other crap is coming back for a new season.
| | Books | Anything by Stephen King or Dan Barton. I also like reading books by or about Atheletes and Actors. Some of them are really interesting and some of them are just hilarious *cough* Terrell Owens *cough*. When I was younger I loved Animorphs, Goosebumps and Harry Potter.
| | Heroes | Im not going to be cheesy, and just list a bunch of friends, because allthough I love you, none of you have really done anything to be considered "Hero" material. Lol.
Mark Zupan and Jason McElwain, strictly because their stories are amazing. If you dont know who they are, watch Murderball to see Mark Zupan, a quadripalegic rugby player, and just youtube Jason McElwain. Hes a Autistic Boy who managed his high school basketball team, but never played, and the last game of his senior year, they let him dress and sit on the bench, and they put him in at the end, and he hit 6 straight 3-pointers, and had one of the most amazing stories of the year.
When it comes to acting, Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt, Forest Whitaker, Johnny Depp, Denzel Washington, Anthony Hopkins and Ben Kingsley are all amazing actors, and I dream of being in the same field as them one day. However, my favorite actor would have to be Ryan Reynolds. More of the Waiting, Smokin Aces and Amityville Horror than Van Wilder though.
Actresses, as shallow as it may sound, I often judge more on looks than talent, however I can distinguish between the two. Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Halle Berry and Salma Hayek are all amazingly hot, as well as talented.
Anyone who can do something I cant thats worthwhile, is deserving of respect.

About me:
Hey everybody, Im Travis. I am a student at the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, and my major is Theater. I have a girlfriend that I love, and as of next month might end up in jail for... lol, Im just kidding, but only a little bit. I am planning on continuing Theater in college, but I dont know where yet, but as long as I keep performing, I really dont care. I would love a shot at an acting career(then again, who wouldn't?). I enjoy playing sports like Basketball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, you know, the ones that dont suck. I love my family and most of the time I love my friends. I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I would love to move back someday. If there is anything else you want to know, just ask!
