Perhaps "Midnight", me Hanwei Side Sword is more to your liking. It's not a rapier but a cut and thrust double edged sword. From the same time as the rapier, the Side Sword is said to be a "Gentleman's" weapon, unlike the ripper and tearer like the Dusagge above.
