Captain Moonlight has been attempting to bring something fresh about. Injecting the old with the new. The band consists of guitar, bass, keys, and drums. The Captain consists of guitarist Ian, whose unique vocal talents combine his seemingly sexy style with his soulful “I will take no prisoners” jam guitar solos. The rhythm section contains Jake of bass, Alex of keys, and Forrest of drums. Jakes bass lines are a combination of thick slides and punchy low end thump with a little bit of funk taste (Not flavor- its to artificial). Alexs keys got more fill than a jelly donut and are proven to boost IQ scores. Forrest on the drums... uses lots of grooving fat beats. Most of all The Captain appears to be searching to invent a new sport, climb Mt. Everest, go sharking diving, build a large canoe, meet the mail man from cheers, drink four gallons of milk in an hour, and play beautiful soothing tones as an indie-alternative-rock band.

My name is Steve Proszenyak. I play in the Stevens Point rock band Buffalo Herd Theory. I was wondering if you would be interested in playing a show with us in our home town of Weyauwega, WI. The local opera house that has been closed for 15 years has been reopened, and they are looking for bands to play. We reserved a date for July 17th, which is the day before RockAid.
