General
Painting I live for a life on canvas, there really is nothing more calming or satisfying than putting a brush to a blank surface and creating life using simple colour and texture. I never knew who I was until I learned to paint. Theatre I went to college once and did a low certificate in theatre. I guess it's that wonderful feeling you get from knowing that for even just a short period of time you were entertaining people and it's always good to see emotion that you evoke in others through stories or dramatics, but only in theatre is it viable as at the end of the play the curtain goes down and we all just go back to who we really are. Partying yep, I'm a party animal! Need I say more?
Tailoring I once considered a career in tailoring but I think I like just making clothes for myself and close friends as it would become dull if I had to do it everyday. Literature I love reading, I could spend days just absorbed in books. I love to find a new book with characters that echo familiarities with people I know; chracters and events which make you think and survey your own life, make you consider the effects you have on others and how they effect you. That is after all what a good book with strong characters and plots should do. Stories which leave you asking what would I do in that place, time, world, relationship, situation etc...
Escapism, as long as there is a balance between dealing with reality and escaping through pleasant media, I have no shame to admit that I escape from me and my regular life whenever possible. Don't you??

Yeah it's a pretty good job. Best I've had so far anyway. Good luck getting that advertising job :) Moved into this biggish house with Dad & his girlfriend earlier this year. It's nice and all but I really want my own place but as you know the statistics for that are pretty depressing. I'll give it a couple of years. jX
Ooh what are planning to do? I'm working as a night receptionist at a hotel. It's pretty good really but will be looking for something more 'sociable' in the new year.
