Good morrow my chums. My name is Ali. I'm a musician of sorts. I've just finished work on my first album, Anachronism. It's an acoustic album and will be on sale on 25th May 2009. The track listing is as follows:

ANNAmess	Dec 1 2008 7:32 PM go fuck myself? i do not feel the urge, nor the need to do such a thing. did you know sex is beneficial for both the heart and the blood circulation, especially in the brain. while having sex, the heart rate goes from 70 beats per minute to 150, a good training for the heart. having sex thrice a week decreases the risk of heart attack by 50 %. also during the sexual intercourse, the breath is deeper, meaning a better oxygenation. these are just a few examples of why being sexually active is healthy. maybe you should follow suit, and lose that attitude of yours missy.
