This duo is unique and original; Irish charm meets Latin passion, a cocktail that will tantalize and intoxicate your senses.
Caramigo are Edel Perth, a gutsy vocalist who writes and sings without reservation for what she believes, and Noni Espinosa on his melodic and mellifluous guitar. Their harmonies add a luscious dimension to their heartfelt and moving songs. Their songs are often described as political, both Noni and Edel having a committment to community and to the environment, their songs that inspire and move the soul, connecting and weaving their way through us all.
Award winning songwriters 3 years in a row, their partnership has seen this fresh original duo bring the fusion of their distinct cultures to their live performances. Their debut CD is As Is (2005) has 2 award winning songs from SCALA (songwriters, composers and lyricists association) FOOM competition in 2003 and 2004.
Mostly an acoustic duo, however they have been seen to play around with some fine musicians on the Adelaide music scene. The music is described as a touch of Latin, Blues, Jazz, and Folk, every song different yet distinctive to Caramigo.

Hi CARAMIGO, Just thought we would let you know that we've added an extra date, The Old Clarendon Inn Satuday 20th December, to our Adelaide run (The Gov on the 18th & 19th). Caramigo! Thoroughly enjoyed the set last Saturday night. How one man (Noni) can get so much music out of one acoustic guitar is beyond me. Add great vocals from Edel, percussion from Angie, and you have one 'hot' trio. Ai Caramba!
