Hey man. I had a blast in the bar last week. That was really fun. Anyway, the demo is done, I put a few songs on the page, when Lindsay helps me finish the jacket I will bring you a copy.
About the "Arab" grandma: it was good that McCain said something, but did he have to counter "I hear he's an Arab" with "No, ma'am. He's a decent family man and citizen ... He's not an Arab." I commend his efforts, but I think he just may have suceeded in making himself look more like a racist old fart than before!
A technological myspace fairy just whispered in my ear that today is the day we celebrate the moment you shot out of your mother's womb! Here's to the memories!
I'm participating in the Out of the Darkness Walk on Sept. 6, 2008 to raise funds for the AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention). Half of all the proceeds will go to Pathways (our local Community Mental Health Clinic) and 50% will go to the AFSP. My personal fundraising page can be found here: Rebecca DeWitt's ASFP Fundraising Page.
Thanks in advance for visting my page and considering a donation! Every little bit will help!!
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is the leading not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research and education, and to reaching out to people with mood disorders and those impacted by suicide.
Shrinky-dinkaly (God, I miss plastic things that shrink in the oven!), I, too, just bought The Road to read on our flight out to Seattle on Thursday morning....
Hey Jeff!! We are leaving CT on July 20th and should arrive on the 21st. Wayne told me that he was going to give you a call this week. Its Wayne's birthday on the 25th, so hopefully we can take him out and get him drunk. See you soon!
