Carbon Avatar.. I'm Justin, I've been singing for 6 years. I work occasionally with a devious mastermind of guitar named Greg.. the guitar you hear will be his work. I also work with a friend named Brad who manages to punch out solid techno tracks I don't have much trouble laying vocals on.
I've been singing like I said for a long time now.. I'm fluent in fruity loops, avs audio, a few other programs. Unfortunately my soundcard is crap in PC and the mic is nothing special.. poor quality, though my techno tracks will be relatively clean..
The general sound I would like to find is probably along the lines of lofi indie sounds like Yo La Tengo, the Emoish angst of stuff like The Faint, lace in something like the incredible sound Radiohead produces, and somehow work light ambient techno sounds into that. Who knows.
How can a band not be progressive? ..Always changing and evolving. No popular genres to follow like a dog on a leash. Find your own sound and the sound finds you.
