About me: Carbusters seeks to inspire and empower people to reduce their automobile use. A program of the World Carfree Network, Carbusters is a 32-page print magazine available by subscription and at select newsstands around the world. (Ask your local library to subscribe!)
We are always looking for good stories, graphics, photos, and links which encourage the carfree lifestyle as well as reports from the front lines of carfree activism. We always welcome cool stickers, stencils and other agitprop for reproduction in the magazine and to offer in the resources section of our website.

"The only dream worth having is to dream that you will live while you are alive, and die only when you are dead. To love, to be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and vulgar disparity of the life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget." - Arundhati Roy
