Publishers Welcome Message
The compilation of our latest issue has been very special for the team. Firstly, this is the last Caribbean Homes & Lifestyle to be published from our office in Hodges Bay, Antigua. We have outgrown our premises and are moving to a larger, more prominent location in Antigua. Secondly, this bumper issue and our expansion highlight the fact that we have a super team, with a super formula for success.
And lastly, it must be acknowledged that this issue has been put together with passion, hard work, and a dedicated team spirit. In other words, blood, sweat and tears. It is a new chapter in our company’s achievements.
Within the latest edition you will find an insight into the Caribbean Real Estate Market, as seen through our eyes. Our villa feature takes us to Villa Bellamare on the exclusive island of Anguilla. In St. Kitts, Paulette Warner of PW Enterprises, a longstanding realtor, joins us. In Antigua, as well as the usual great set of property listings, we focus on the successful launch of the Food & Drink Guide Industry Events, which began with the Annual Industry Party in May. We hope that you will continue to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
We have introduced a ‘Gulliver’s Travels’ section, which has provided the team with an excuse to chronicle our experiences whilst travelling. And what a journey it has been! Personally I have learnt the basics of Kite surfing, met the legend, Brian ‘Irie Man’ Talma, and even managed to fit in a Sea Trek.
In Dominica, Celia has outdone her usual fantastic self, with a huge selection of property opportunities, and some fantastic eco-warrior articles. Our website has also gained tremendous momentum, especially in Dominican enquiries. We must make mention that Celia’s partner, Paul Crask, has completed his latest Bradt Travel Guide for Grenada, due to be published within the next few months.
