Peoples, organizations and firms make their own contribution building alternatives for human development, in current times, implies that the companies, the leaderships and the community of creators, assume the simbolics markets, in the diversification of the supplies of services, exportable products and processes, where they intercross the folklore, the experimental vocation, with new distribution channels and promotion, within Indies companies, in parallel with a system of reforms, in legal frame of the marks, of reference of mass media, in order that the access to such, is: less boring, more transparent, equitable, culturally diverse and oriented towards the construction of one citizenship, criticizes, creative, socially inclusive, giving new permanent benefits for mental health, in childhood, youth, people with handicap, mature citizens, and too many others social groups, in daily life of the communities.
Traditionally, entertainment industry - with the uses, metodologias, learnings and internal complications that imply, for economy, the communities and the blocks of regional integration in any place, have showed predilection by products of the majors, producting, promoting, and circulation of products, services and events, into cultural or creative industries - publishing, audio-visual, phonografic, multimedia and virtual- , the main disposition that prevents the democratization and the modernization in such sense, ties with the existence of groups of interest that defends the oligopolies, protected in the "payola" (pay off law) or censorship of the doormen of mass media, for economicas reasons, as previous requirement to the diffusion of contents.
In Latin America, Caribbean -in the rest of the nonindustrialized world, too- the access, popular appropriation and uses with sense, technologies of information and communication, with cultural aims, scientifics, artistics, and similars: implies the contribution of the contents, to cultural diversity and priorization of citizenship, within the iconosphere, the recreation and the social participation, starting century XXI.
