i love to watch movies and read great books. I used to enjoy photography with a 35mm in black and white, but now everything is digital . i enjoy nature,and my favorite time of the day is a few hours before sunset , when the weather is perfect and the green amazon parrots fly over head in small squaking flocks . i will go out there next to my koi pond and listen to the peaceful sounds of water splashing , then all of a sudden the parrots from the burned down arcadia pet store, start squaking and landing in the trees and on the telephone wires. Most of all, i love spending time with my kids and husband...they are funny, creative,loving and beautiful !!!

About me: My name is Carrie and I have a reverse sleep cycle . That means that I'm up late at nights and I sleep during the day. I love all kinds of animals and non-judgemental human beings . I try to stay away from negative people, and people that are too passionate about religion and politics . I'm told I have a young voice and soul . Who I'd like to meet: There are famous people that i admire for their talent and different abilities, however i'm not so sure that i would want to meet them in person . People like actors, often project characters entirely different from whom they truly are. i admire robin williams, anthony hopkins, adrian brody, william macy,johnny depp ,gale harold, river phoenix,stephen king,morgan freeman,don cheadle,jeremy sisto,cillian murphy,kate winslet,meryl streep,juliette lewis,seth green, michael pitt,ryan gosling...there are so many more others that i cant name them all . i like a lot of those indy actors that you see in many films , but they hardly ever play the big blockbuster films , you know..real actors,people with talent, and and not "movie stars!! also...i have a weakness for those that have the ability to give me a good laugh . I truly believe that humor/laughter , is the cure for all that ails you :)
Mom and I have different beliefs when it comes to religion and some pressing issues in the world. We are different people, but she is family, and I think that because I'm older now and I know a lot more and have been through a lot I respect her opinions and know she loves me and wants me to be happy. I know I went through the stage where I wanted nothing to do with her, in terms of having her involved in knowing my business. But I believe she knows I make good choices and I am willing to face the consequences of making a bad choice.
i'm just sitting here at the airport..bored...waiting for my flight...sigh..two hour flight..two hour layover...another two hour flight..and then home!!!....i think i have window seats...god i hope so!!!...i hate the isle and middle seat...
looks like you guys have had a hot spell!!!!...supposed to be 101 degrees there today...dang!!!...but at least it's a dry heat..
for the last few days, i've been in 100 degrees with 70% to 80% humidity...
have my nose and belly done too... but my belly is giving me alot of problems as of late. i've either got a keloid or hypertrophic scarring on the second hole of my belly button piercing. you need to make sure tay knows that the bellybutton can be a difficult piercing to heal, has a decent chance of rejecting and migrating, and is prone to infection because of the location it's in. it takes 6 months or more for it to FULLY heal.
the nose is kind of a piece of cake, i had a small issue with a bump that had formed on the top side of the piercing... sea salt soaks and gentle care took care of it in about a month and a half. however the nose is the most painful piercing i've gotten.
