CD4 the band, is a group of musicians from different backgrounds with a common aim, to make original music with the purpose of raising awareness about HIV prevention.
* The band have always performed free of charge to support HIV charities and action groups and to raise awareness about HIV.
* The band provides working space for young talents, training and experience in recording and performing professionally.
* The members of the band are affected by HIV issues and interested in increasing HIV awareness and preventing HIV spread. Carlos was part of the 80s music revolution in Spain. He was leader of Los Indeseables and The Assasins, participated with Glamour and other groups and artists of that time.
Due to personal issues, he left the music world until 3 years ago when he came to live in Sheffield, here he was part of a Christian band, Outcry.
Dedicated to charitable events such as a concert for the victims of the Tsunami, at Abbeydale Picture House, Sheffield; one particular event touched him, this was a concert performed at Doncaster prison, where he understood he could use the music to reach the heart of people in need of a message.
