This infected entity named CARNAL LUST was born '98 in Paris, resulting of mad musical copulation between 3 friends; Ludo, Gege and Nickro. After one year of intensive subliminal research, these 3 stooges faced this rotting world with their first demo subtly entitled "Human Die". Did we forgot to mention that this sonic decadent sonata was recorded in extremely underground conditions ? In pure Punk and Death Metal tradition ?
In 2001 and after meeting a nutty sound scientist named Mr. Francx, the band then records his second degenerated offrand "Prepare your Soul". This time, the new tracks settle the Death Metal style of CARNAL LUST. The demo is warmly welcomed by the underground scene, allowing them to play a lot of livedates, some as headliners. Their reputation is now settled down
CARNAL LUST sign their first contract in late 2002 with Diamond Prod and release the first studio album "Whore of Violence". 10 days of gestation monitored in Sousol studio, still by Mr Francx (now a sadic, perverse and depraved obstetrician), the baby will be spitted out with pain. 2 months of intensive care into a pediatric mixing unit will be needed to present the deliquescent baby in March 2003. Positive reactions are immediately received and the band gets livedates proposition from here and there, in France and in Europe.
Late 2003 Nickro leaves the band for personal reasons. The mike is not orphan for a long time 'cause throatmaster L. Chuck D. is hired in Jan. 2004. Then, Nils and Death'Met both join the lineup as guitarist and bassist. This is soon followed by 5-some sexual perversions. The new bastard "Rebirth in Hate" will rise from their bestial orgy. More violent but more melodic too, more elaborated and better produced this new sacrifice will be welcomed more than expected, resulting in a lot of livedates, almost everywhere possible.
In 2006. Nils and Death'Met leave the band. CARNAL LUST gets over ordeals, hires Jeff on bass, writes and records new material at Hybreed Studios (7th NEMESIS, THE ARRS...). 2 guest guitar players are invited to play the solos and one of them, Mike from YORBLIND, is sollicitated to enter the new lineup.
A new adventure now begins. CARNAL LUST joins Thundering/Manitou roster to release their new album "Dawn of the Hatred". The improbable copulation between the first wave of Swedish Death Metal with the US scene. Expect something deep, thick and occult. This is Abyssal Death Metal !
