This is a page dedicated to the cult Glasgow synthpop band Carnival, who were around from 1994 to 2003. They were a duo consisting of George Grant and TJ Joyner, they played many gigs in and around Glasgow. The style was synthpop/electropop, they 95% of their material was their own although they always used to play at least one cover version at their gigs, the songs of which they covered included - Enola Gay (OMD), STop (Erasure), New Europeans & The Voice (Ultravox), Just Can't Get Enough (Depeche Mode) and Kissing The Machine (Elektric Music). In 1997 they play an entire set of Gary Numan cover versions at Nice N Sleazy's club in Glasgow. Discography: (albums) The Analog Hiss, Concrete Evidence, The Otherside, The Time Triangle, 13 (live at the 13th Note, Glasgow), (E.P's), Basic Future, Numania (Limited edition), Singles:, This City/Destiny Calling, DVD:, The videos 1994 - 2003 (includes final gig in full)

Hello Emilio

Thank-you for the friends-request.

Good to see something like this exist for the band itself, will have too arrange something at a later-date regarding adding their interview and reviews from Synthetic Vision. Look-forward to seeing what else will be added to the page - additional interviews, reviews, flyers, tickets, press cuttings etc, etc.

Good-luck with the page/site itself.

Synthetic Wishes
Danny
