Caitlin (16) ~ My beautiful, headstrong and stubborn daughter. Just like me in so many ways, terrifying ways and ways I cherish. We have had our ups and downs this year, but we are making our way through it all one day at a time. She is my world along with her brothers and a word of warning for future boyfriends.... Its not her Daddy you need to worry about! She is in the choir at church and has a beautiful voice. She wants to be a medical sonographer (sp?) She is working hard and on her way! She is in Marching Band/ Color Guard and I am proud of her commiment. I can not wait to see what God will bring into her life next, I love her.
Christopher (13) ~ this is my quiet child. Much like me in that he loves to read. He is serious and shy, but his heart is bigger than you would guess. One day he will make some special girl in his life happy and she will be very lucky. He plays trumpet in the middle school band and is quite good if I do say so myself. He has an interest in computers and maybe one day a career in computer graphics and design, maybe making new games. His love of God is a wonderful thing to see.
Jacob (7)~ My baby. Spoiled, well of course he is. He is my dare devil, rough and tumble and in trouble even when he is asleep. He loves to annoy his older siblings and then runs from them. His weekend is full of gamecube/PS2/PSP on saturday and Church on Sunday and woe be to any who disrupt his schedule LOL. Jacob is a new member of the wolves in the cub scouts and is currently working on his Bobcat badge so he can then work on his wolf badge.
I am married to their Daddy, Michael, We have been together for going on 18 years and married for almost 17. He is my soulmate. I can not imagine a day with out him by my side. We have our ups and our downs but we make a stand together. There has never been nor will there ever be a temptation outside of us that will sway our union.
We live in Eastern North Carolina where Mike grew up. It is beautiful here with the seasons and the people. The mountains to the west, the beach to the east. This is my home and I love it. We attend Spring Branch Free Will Baptist Church and have a big loving church family that supports us and helps us to grow in our walk with our Lord.
I now work at a commercial printing and graphic design company. I do a litle of everything. I answer phones, check copy, design business cards, File paperwork, Opaque film, package for shipping, make printing plates, set type, run deliveries, pick up lunches, chaufure, research, billing (paperwork) and did I mention check copy?. I run the copier, staple, help fold, tab, and label. I sweep, clean up, run errands and all this with a smile and a have a good day attitude. :o)
I am a volunteer fire fighter with Castoria VFD, I went through EMT-Basic class and passed I take my state exam January 16th.
Growing up I never planned on being the "Christian Soccer Mom" but I have to tell you I wouldn't change a thing! Life is all about my God, my husband and my children. Between my family, my church, the fire department and my odd jobs I am always going somwhere, doing something. But I always have time for God and Friends. My greatest hope for everyone is that they can find the peace, joy, contentment and hope that I have found in my savior Jesus Christ.
When your life is over it will not matter what you did for a living, how much money you made, what kind of clothes you wore, the house you lived in or the car you drove. All that will matter is how you lived your life and how you touched others.
Be mindful of what you do someone is looking up to you.

lol got lots of snow up here....ugh was up bright and early...to my moms by 9am to see my brother off...they left back to PA :(( mom is taking the kids and I to see Marley and Me later, Barry is working here for 2 weeks at least. what are you all upto this weekend?
