Caroline is a rock'n'roll band that was founded in summer 2005 by former guitarist Heikki, Tommy and Simo. Samu and Henkka joined in to Caroline and we went studio in March 2006 to record our first three songs: My life, My way; (That's) Life and Rock 'n' Roll Cliché. Heikki left the band in spring 2006 and is now playing in a band called Automatic Eye.
First we tried to find another guitarist to join us but then we decided to continue with only one guitar. We went to studio again in September 2006 to record songs Tom Song, I Got the Blues and Jimmy's Ego. Caroline played lots of gigs and recorded three songs more in February 2007. Songs were Rollercoaster Ride, She and Bottle Race(unreleased).
In May 2007 Simo decided to leave Caroline. Tommy's friend Jouni came to play a few gigs with Caroline in summer and in June 2007 we recorded our songs Swing and The Ark of Salvation. We tried to find some more permanent guitarist for the band and the Ville came to play three gigs and decided to stay in Caroline. Surprisingly Simo came back in October 2007 and now we have again two guitars in Caroline.
We are looking for more gigs all the time and we are going to studio again before summer 2008 so stay tuned! Some new pictures of the full band are coming as soon as possible!
