About me:
Are you really interested? It's getting cornier everytime I say it. I watched an interview on Richard & Judy where they referred to someone as a ‘nearly woman.’ I can’t remember who it was. Anyway, I identified with the label, it was me. It was my ‘now or never’ moment. I gave up my funding and my PhD place. A big risk. In September 2005 I enrolled on an MA in Creative Writing. I finished In Search of Adam in August 2006,I launched my website and a blog in that month. Three weeks later Clare Christian from The Friday Project stumbled on this blog. She requested my manuscript and then offered a publishing contract. In Search of Adam was released in hardback June 15th 2007 and in paperback February 2008. My novella Disraeli Avenue is available as a free download from February 2008 In brief. I appear to make life changing decisions based on passing comments made by Richard & Judy. visit my website

Inspired by the author's experience in the 1996 Manchester IRA bomb, it's a dark urban story about the traumatised victim of a terrorist outrage (Karl Dresner, an East Berliner) and a fiery Italian woman, Lucia Cavallieri, who wants to turn his life around.
