Two great reviews of Caroline’s Album below:
"Throaty warm vocals caress the ear in Caroline Taylor-Knight’s debut CD release Fall For Me. Caroline has a contemporary sound that is definitely on the edge of crossover pop, but the pleasure of her vocals and the sensitive production and backing more than cover the purists’ murmurings. Piano and strings play a big part in the backing with nary a banjo or fiddle to be heard (if you don’t count violin.) The title track Fall For Me is tender and charming. Caroline wrote or co-wrote each of the 11 tracks with the exception of the TEXAS classic I Don’t Want a Lover. The sweet intensity of Where Do I Run? is so lovely, as is the exhilarating Loving You. Kite is another spirit lifting track you can listen to it over and over. The songs are beautiful – not traditional, but there’s plenty of room for contemporary country.” Capital News
“Fall for Me is the debut album for talented newcomer Caroline Taylor-Knight. All but one of the songs have been penned by Caroline who has already been nominated for songwriting awards. Her voice has a depth and feeling, and at times an appealing sweetness, while at other times it is throaty and sensuous. Caroline’s style is contemporary rather than traditional country and ‘Where Do I Run?’ could easily sit comfortably on the pop charts. ‘Dance With Me’ is sung with intensity but Caroline also displays an uplifting spirit on the song ‘Kite’. This is not the album for those who are looking for traditional country instrumentation; it’s more about orchestration creating the mood. Fall For Me is produced by Caroline’s husband, award winning producer, Duncan Wood.” Country Update.

Caroline's Debut Video of "FALL FOR ME"
Caroline Taylor-Knight was born in a small country town in regional Australia. Her introduction to the spotlight came at 10 years old when she performed solo in front of 1,000 people from her local community and soon many low key performances followed. Caroline did modelling and acting in her late teens, whilst completing her Marketing degree but it soon became apparent that her true love was always music. Since then, she has written and released an independent EP, which generated interest from a number of record companies and publishers and was aired on several commercial radio stations. She was also nominated for Best New Talent at the QRA (Queensland Recording Association) Awards in Brisbane.
It also sparked the interest of a Gold Coast events co-coordinator, who promptly placed her as the support act for Daryl Braithwaite. Exceedingly impressed by Caroline's performance, the said promoter immediately offered her supports for both Vanessa Amorosi and James Morrison's upcoming concerts. After Daryl's concert, numerous local record stores phoned the promoter, asking if Caroline had a CD available, as they had been flooded with customers asking to purchase her album. Caroline was also booked to launch Australia Post's Rock Australia Stamp series and organisers were so impressed that they invited her to perform four songs (including one of her originals) to open a major football game in Brisbane for a stadium crowd of 20,000 people. The show was incredibly well received.
Fuelled by this success and attracting the attention of award-winning producer Duncan Wood, Caroline has put her heart and soul into recording her recently released debut album Fall for Me, on which she wrote or co-wrote all but one of the eleven tracks. Fall for Me is now available to order in good music stores nationally in Australia, on iTunes and through her website at www.carolinetaylorknight.com .
Just some of the events that Caroline has performed at in recent years include: the Caboolture Cultural Forum; Queensland Music Festival's Caboolture Drumming (4000 people attended) and Lift Every Voice; WAM Fest; New Zealand's Parachute Festival; the Songwriters' Cafe and Next Generation Station at the Urban Country Music Festival; and The Coca-Cola, Buttercup and Toyota Outdoor Stages at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Caroline has been featured two issues of Talent magazine in Australia and received glowing album reviews in both Capital News and Country Update. Her singles "Fall for Me" and "Forever" have been on high rotation and have charted on radio in seven national retail chains including Kmart and have received airplay across Australia on country and community radio as well as cable TV radio stations and internationally on Internet Radio. Caroline’s debut video clip "Fall for Me" is currently CMC, with more coming soon. Caroline is back in the studio working on her second album "Me Again" with Duncan Wood. Her first single "Enough" is on radio and iTunes now. Caroline is looking forward to filming more video clips and a live DVD in the coming months, along with many more live shows and tours with label-mates Dane Sharp, Danny Mayers and Jessica Townsend and Duncan Wood and the Touchwood band. 2009 is a huge year for this talented artist.

“Dance”
“The expression of love, grace an elegance A movement of intimacy, empowerment, romance Riding the crest of an ocean wave Gliding through the air on a breezy day My body on Earth my soul reaches away To Heaven. The religion of rhythm A moth to a candle A key to a slave of Pleasure and pain I take my first emancipated steps Freedom This is my chance. That’s where I go When I Dance.”

Thank you so very much for the kind words about my music! =o)
Since the release of my two albums this past summer, I have heard from people all over the world with positive comments and a strong showing of support. It has been a wonderful experience knowing that my music is being heard and appreciated by so many people.
Right now is a critical time for me as an artist. I really need the help and support of people like yourself to help me promote my music and share it with others. If you can help me by telling your friends, family & colleagues about my music, that would be great! Just send them over to my official website, www.MichaelSamson.com.
Of course the best kind of support comes from purchasing my music. I am a full-time musician, and so I'm sure you can imagine the financial challenges involved. If you enjoy my music, please do consider purchasing my albums! My music is available in both MP3 & CD formats, and can be purchased at my Official Website, iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby & many others. I recommend purchasing directly from my official website, as this way all the proceeds go towards supporting my music! I also recommend the CD's over MP3's, because the real CD's have a beautiful Digipak format, complete with a large booklet, poetry for each song, photos & artwork.
With that said, thank you again for your friendship! Please feel free to message me any time and do stay in touch! =o)
