People write and say all sorts of things about CARRERA, really. It sounds like ROCK and PUNK with an AMERICANA twist to it, they love to moan, bitch and whine about stuff in a melodical, comical way; you figure it out.
They're from Utrecht, right smack-bam in the middle of the freaky deaky dutch lowlands some call the Netherlands. They'd been limping around the dikes on their clogs for ages, getting hit in the head by those darn windmills, all lightheaded by the low-carb tulip bulb diet, not to mention the pot and beers. They got totally fed up with it all and started ROCKING hard under the name CARRERA in the summer of '96.

*** Flogging Molly are touring the United States, and it takes a while before they hit Europe again. But for those who can hardly wait, there is a bit of good news and comfort! On March 6th, two promising bands playing the same style of music share the stage for a night of great music. Mr IRISH BASTARD (Germany) and their bloodbrothers CIRCLE J (Holland) warm up for St. Patrick's Day in Luxor Live in Arnhem. After the two concerts, the musicians will engage in some DJing, transforming the venue into "St. Mary's School of Dancing".
