Bio

I'm of the classic Used Car Sales Woman by day and Comedy Wench by night ilk. I was born in Calgary, AB but now call Ottawa, ON home. I have a younger brother and an angry father and a mother who wishes I drank less. I've travelled the world and liked Bora Bora the best. Now, the only travelling I do is between Madoc and Montreal and Tweed and Toronto. If I never have to sell another car again, it will be too soon so I'm schlepping away at comedy. I'm holding out for the money!!

doug	Sep 23 2007 10:36 PM Alas, Alak and Anon. 'Tis tuff this comedy dilemma. To joke full time or not to joke full time ... that is the question. It is easier to make the leap when you have some $$$ up yer ass. Everybody has different circumstances. I know you were uneasy the last time we spoke. Was it the vascillating between full time comedy and the day job? Am I ready, good enough and willing to take a risk and see just how far I can get with this fukking comedy thing? I know everyone has different reasons for doing entertainment. As you know some do it to try and get rich and famous, the good ones do it to develope an understanding of their craft. The great ones strive for both (fame is optional). I wish I could be of more help. Im sure youve noticed the difference in your writing and performances since you started up until now. If you keep challenging yourself creatively and pay attention to the results you will grow even more. Keep at it and you will reach another level, you will get past the wall. (only to find another) Thats just my opinion ... fucker.
