Christian Vocalist and Songwriter, CARRIE OLIVER, was born and raised in Weirton, West Virginia, where she is now residing. After high school, Carrie went on to pursue a career in music by studying Vocal Performance at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.
Carrie is looking for songwriters and producers who are interested in using her voice to spread the Gospel through music. She has sung in churches all over the United States, including the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., as well as outside the U.S., in the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France and the Canterbury Cathedral in England.
She has been the Director of Music Ministries for St. Paul Catholic Church in Weirton, West Virginia since 2003. She also continues with her Contemporary Christian Concert Ministry, where she sings and shares her testimony, along with inspirational speaking. She also instructs Private Vocal Lessons, as well as sings for Weddings, Funerals and other occasions in the Tri-State area.
Carrie released her first Christian Contemporary Album entitled "In His Time" in 2000. She competed in the International Gospel Music Association's "Seminar in the Rockies" in Colorado in 2001 where she was awarded third place in the Vocal Competition for Christian Artists.
Her first Christmas Album entitled "Blessed Christmas" which was recorded at The Sound Kitchen Studio in Franklin, Tennessee and produced by Praise Hymn Inc. was released in 2006.

Hi Carrie...... I AM doing well.....really blessed in my life. Just finished with Women of Faith and it was wonderful. Now I am awaiting the birth of a new grandson - Bryan Alexander Woods due on October 10th. Excitement brewing here!! How about you?? I think of you and the cruise often. Carla has you singing on her MY SPACE and it is beautiful.

I am going to Virginia to Ellie's church to see Kathy do a Christmas Concert - are you guys near her? Dallas has some really nice golf courses that you could come and play. My husband golfs about 3-4 times a week - I just ride in the cart!!
Hi Carrie, I was wondering if there was any word on your availability for that Christmas concert at MBC. I also wanted to let you know (and Invite you to sing) that our church is having a fall music fest on Sept. 13th from 12-4. There will be free food and games with live music from people in the community. I will be singing there and was wondering if you would like to stop by and sing a couple of songs. It will give you the opportunity to hear me sing.
