Situated on the edge of Glasgow Green, in the old 'Templeton Carpet Factory', Carrier Waves have recently expanded and refurbished their premises and now include a large live room, with versatile acoustic treatment, a smaller booth, to record vocals and solo instruments, and a professional control and mixing room.
Both Logic and Protools recording platforms are available with the option of up to 32 channels of outboard analogue mixing on our Allen&Heath GS3V
We have recently installed Hearback Technologies monitoring system which allows the musician to create his ownheadphone mix and tweak it during the recording session.
Microphone choice ranges across the following leading brands: Shure, Audio Technica, Rode, SE Electronics, Audix, AKG.
SPL Goldmike valve preamps available, along with TLAudio dynamic processing and Lexicon and TC Electronics effects units.
We also have a load of vintage analogue synths and filters which can creatively be used in any music production, from distorting snare sounds to playing a lead line.

Our studio can be hired with an engineer from £180 p/day or £25 p/hour.
Our control room alone can be hired with an engineer from £140 p/day or £25 p/hour.
