PUNK 4 THE HOMELESS KICK OFF IN BOSTON 02.01.10.
Working to save the lives of street children in Latin America,the Boston not for profit organization kick off the new year noisily (the way the organizers want it to be). Punk 4 The Homeless began as an idea early November 09 and has already established links with Australian,American,European and Asian punk bands,who all want to see an end to the suffering of street children.Children should be loved not beaten to death, fed not hungry and at play not used as prostitutes or slaves.
Bands booked to play the first gig which takes place at Centenary Methodist Church,Red Lion Street Boston (whose congregation is already very much involved in feeding the homeless) are:-
Cartilag,
Rotten Agenda,anarcho punks “punk for the punks”
R.S.I.,dirty hardcore punks
Who in their part time work as swine flu inspectors whilst blasting the ears of everyone living in Milton Keynes.
 welsh speaking and singing hardcore punk band
PUNKAHOLICS
Who admittedly are too really too young to be listening to The Clash,The Ruts and The Ramones but do so anyway and put their own slant on old school punk. And last and probably by all means least Polystrate 4,local old geezers who still think (naively?) that they can help change the world for the better.
