About cartoon

Formed in January 2004, the band have already created a huge live following across Ireland with their heady mix of soul, jazz, funk, soul and house music. Sitting is not an option at a Cartoon show, the will to dance is imperative!

With three vocalists and a line up of immensely talented multi cultural musicians, Cartoon are a breath of fresh energy in the dance arena already releasing four vinyl EPs on ultra chic Parisian label Brique Rouge run by international DJ David Duriez and French touch producer Llorca.

Anyone who witnessed their blistering Oxegen sets can attest to their addictive beats, energetic house tunes and sexy swagger. In 2005 alone they played with the good and great of the nu-soul/funk scene including UK soul legend Omar, London..s electronic nu-funkster Amp Fiddler.

Some bastard stole my password and went around posting stuff as if it was me - do not re-log in after clicking on pictures which look like were posted by me (like the one below, pls delete it on my behalf) cause that is the trick, and you will have your password stolen too... How to prevent this? Always look at the web address when you are signing in, it should always be www.myspace.com and nothing else, no letters in between etc... I am so sorry for this!
