WHO IS THIS "CARTOON PHYSICS" YOU SPEAK OF?
As animated as our name, Cartoon Physics is a Chicago-quality band playing the BEST, audience-pleasin' covers! Modern rock... classic rock... alternative rock... ecelctic rock... but ALWAYS fun rock!!!!
Around since 2002, we feature a female lead singer, guitarist, bass, keyboards, and drums. CP is requested all around Illinois for providing great music and fun and sexy entertainment. We jam pack every gig with song after song after song.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?
We are constantly circulating songs-- bringing in modren rock and pop songs, like Top 40 songs, Buck Cherry, and Fall Out Boy... and adding old favorites, like B-52's, Neil Diamond, Journey, Styx, and The Bee-Gee's. They don't call us "eclectic" for nothin'!!

SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS "CARTOON PHYSICS" ANYWAY?
Glad you asked. Remember in those Bugs Bunny cartoons when Wile E. Coyote would chase after Road Runner and run off a cliff? He wouldn't fall until he noticed that he was standing in mid-air, right? And when Mr. Coyote finally fell, it wasn't to imminent doom. Real people can't just go place another order with ACME for a catapult-in-a-box mere seconds after being smattered into a million pieces.
Well-- that, my friends, is the Laws of Cartoon Physics. The normal laws of physics don't apply in cartoons. They have their own set of laws.. just like us-- our band doesn't play by the rules of all the other bands out there. And that makes us unique! We don't mind defying the laws of gravity. That's levitation, Holmes.
OKAY, BUT WHAT ELSE MAKES Cp DIFFERENT FROM ALL THE OTHER COVER BANDS?
For one thing, all those other bands may have a female hanging around in the shadow until you hear the "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" guitar riff, and then *BOOM!* There she is, front and center. Our band FEATURES a female lead singer, providing hours of rock and eye candy for the men in the audience. But the ladies aren't left out in the cold! We have three hot men ready to "rock their world," too.
Cp has more than that, people. We have a Cartoon-quality show and crazy stage antics-- we're talking about channeling the forces of Scooby Doo, South Park, or the Super Friends! That's right, we aren't afraid to use our supernatural powers onstage, while other bands..... well, do they even HAVE supernatural powers? Exactly.
