Cary Jaquish is a freelance bass player and Cincinnati native. Currently he can be found touring the US w/ The Ringling Bros. & Barnum Bailey Circus, playing over 450 shows a year. Cary plays rock, jazz, musicals, and any gig he can get. The past 9 years has played the South and Mid West with several bands including Stoll Vaughn, Chrome, O-6, The North Side Jazz Ensemble, Shilo, and other groups you have never heard of. This variety of playing situations has given an opportunity to share the stage with bands such as Breaking Benjamin, The Romantics, Paula Cole, Edwin McCain, Ever Clear, Urge Over Kill, and many other national recording artists. Last year Cary was able to take some time off of gigging to study with bass virtuoso Jeff Berlin.
