Welcome you to visit (on MySpace) "CASA AMADEUS" our house in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, SPAIN.
"CASA AMADEUS", building approx. 200 years old originally known as the stables of a country mansion. Presently converted to a 600sq.meter very original and decorative house by the present owner(with his own hands!). The house contains a salon of large dimensions with a "simple but noble" touch, the special effect being the personal, artistic and human creativeness.
On the ground floor there are 3 completely self contained Studios surrounded by gardens. The upper floor bedrooms (The Royal Suite, The Green Room, The Lilac Room, The Gold Room & The Blue Room)each have a wash-hand basin and their own balcony. The top floor also has a completely self contained Studio with an extremely large terrace with views of both the sea and the nearby countryside.
The land on which "CASA AMADEUS" is built was in it's day a privileged area being some 200 meters from Calamayor beach and some 150 meters from the Royal palace el "PALACIO DE MARIVENT", Calamayor, Palma de Mallorca.

Les da la bienvenida (en MySpace) a "CASA AMADEUS" nuestra casa en Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares, ESPAÑA.
"CASA AMADEUS" Edificio de unos 200 años que se conozca, antes un establo de casa de campo. Hoy convertido en una casa noble de 600metros cuadrados, que se compone en grandes salones con caracter sencillo y su toque noble. La presentacion especial es demostrar creacion, personal y artisticamente humana.
La planta superior consiste en un salon distribuidor y varios habitaciones distintas; La habitacion Verde, La Suite Real, La habitacion Lila, La habitacion Azul y La habitacion Dorada, todas con lavabo y balcon propio. Hay tambien 4 estudios totalmente equipados y bordeados de jardines, uno de ellos en la ultima planta con una gran terraza y con vistas al mar y vista forestal.
La presentacion del palacete demuestra que en su dia fue zona privilegiada, a la distancia de 200 metros existe la playa de Calamayor, y a 150 metros está el Palacio Real de Marivent, Calamayor, Palma de Mallorca. El palacete "CASA AMADEUS" edificado en su dia con caracter tan especial que invita a la mirada, y creacion cultural, gotico, funcional,arte, recuperado su estructura en un 75 por cien, respetando la linea en su conjunto.

Hıya Mamı& Tonı...ı am wrıtıng from ISTAMBUL. Cant get ınto my emaıls so thought ı could quıckly say hı here...Goıng to do thıs event soon soı ı must get ready but just lettıng you know everythıng ıs goıng fıne ok. Yesterday was a bıt hectıc and very tırıng gettıng here but ı had a very long rest last nıght and thıs morn...we all just went for dınner ın the cıty and now goıng to go soon to play. I am so sorry!!! I just read your msge today with your fone no. We just bought a new flat and we have been moving for the last two weeks so we have no internet at the mo. Which is a disaster coz I am having to check it like once a week at the most at the school where I teach. I am so gutted that I didn..t see your message as I really wanted to meet you. All I can do is appologise for being such a disaster and I hope that the opportunity comes up again very soon.
