Blessings! I am a hip-hop artist, living in the Bay Area. I produce and remix house, hip-hop, and soul music. I've produced music for multi-platinum artists, your favorite underground mc's, and soul singers. I've also been DJing for over 20 years. I am primarily interested in sharing my art with you. If you are an artist, please feel free to email me with your page as I love hearing new music. I hope you will enjoy mine as well. I am also an MC, Poet, and a lover of the culture. My most recent solo work is "Hip-Hop Meditations" which you can find on Amazon, or iTunes or anywhere you buy good music. or you can just click on the image below...
Let The Record Play I am very proud of this accomplishment, because of the reputation Yoruba has as a dance label. They have always put out quality, and now here I am with the only remix on this 12" of Frank-I's "Let The Record Play".

.. Tea Party Music & Manchildblack invite you to the mecca of global soul culture, Libation!
On Thursday, June 19th, the bi-monthly event that Time Out New York hails as a "full-on throwdown", will return to its new home, NYC hotspot Sullivan Room, to bring you the true global soul experience. Resident DJ Ian Friday will share the turntables with special guest, acclaimed dj, producer, remixer Carlos Mena (Ocha Records). If that weren't enough, vocalist Tamara Wellons will be there to raise the roof when she performs her dance floor fillers "Like Rain" and "Oh Well".
The next Libation will feature live painting by some of NYC's emerging visual artists. Also, expect the electrifying dance collective, Afro Mosaic Soul, to wreck havoc on the dance floor as Libation proves that Thursday is the new Friday!
