Ridin' Hard, rockin Harder! Looove Rock/Live bands! Hobby taking band photos, You'll know me at a gig..View my photo albums here I just got a 'Congratulations' My music photo album is ranked 258 out of 47,853 members. cool!
I'm nowhere near as old as my numbers. I'm going kicking and screaming!!!!!I'm still 28 most of the time, other times I'm 12! Wanna find a gig buddy, so when I completely run a mok, someone can run after me and subside my enthusiasm for partying all night...and take me home.lol (Not what YOU think)
Deep Purple was my first, then Rainbow and Black Sabbath with Dio. I love DIO, the first album that inspired me to play guitar Ritchie Blackmores Best of Rainbow...
I bought Metallicas first LP "Kill em all" when I was 15. Adored them since.METALLICA will always be my absolute favourite. They're MY BAND!
I'm old school Metalli, so not impressed with last album, besides I miss Jason. MY new (temp)Fav is EVERGREY- THEY ROCK!!!!!
Ok these are more recent bands I've been into Papa Roach 12 Stones 3 doors down Breaking Benjamin (new single diary of Jane KICKS Ass!!) Candle box Adema Epidemic Nickleback Switchfoot Trust Company Static X Chevelle Alterbridge Crossfade Rob Zombie Nine Inch Nails Disturbed Puddle of Mudd Thousand Foot Crutch Smile Empty soul Seether Bullet for my valentine Shinedown Skillet Steve Morse Paloalto. HERE'S just so bloody many!
All the old favs of course, adore 80's rock! Might not listen to everything that I used to-overdosed in the 80s.lol but still respect them and the influence they had on me.I still have most of my L.P's (except when I was a born again christian, and gave away all my records and shirts-and I STILL spew about that, cos they were rare and in mint cond. I had first day releases of Metallica etc. >br>Music-EVERY band influenced me. I spent my underage years getting busted for attending pubs, until they just let me in, turned a blind eye when they saw me coming. I was the FIRST female headbanger in Perth city, at the ripe old age of 15. The bands I religiously supported 3 0r 4 times a week were TRILOGY with Jon ryder, Jamie Page and Ashe Cooke, True Colours....Allegiance,Rawkus, geez, hard to remember now. There were good drugs in those days, and occasionally I will remember that I met people; like not long ago I remember I met Robert Plant on the foreshore in South Perth the morning after a gig.I had forgotten! Spent a fair bit of time at Stirling St and City hotel.Seeing Motorhead, Matt Taylor, Rose Tattoo, Cold Chisel and Angels etc was so easy, anytime kind of thing. Saw Cold Chisel about 30 times! Angels was the first international band I saw at the old Melbourne, I was 14. How did I get in??? My sister said to the doorman if I could skull that jug of beer I was old enough, he agreed and I did (Where the fuck did a jug of beer come from? This story is a bit like me being Alice in wonderland...FUCK IT WAS AN EXCITING LIFE! I was a street kid in Perth for a little while so I saw and experienced alot!!Was hitching with a mate on Barrack st city once and got picked up by a guy who proceeded to be chased by the cops, we were in a stolen car-fuck scarey shit!!!(exciting though) Back to myusic...
My other friends were REVENGE with Gary Parker, Greg, and Danny and everyone they knew.Where are you guys? I miss you! Chris Finnen from Matt Taylor gave me guitar lessons, he was such an awesome guy, he had more records than I'd ever seen in my life, and that was where I heard bands like Mountain and Santana and Yes and Budgie :)I love Budgies Baby please dont go.
I grew up with musicians all around me. Its funny thinking back how the girls were back then. All dressed up in 80's attire with the big fake hair!Poofy! pastle jeans and white belts and shoulder pads. And me first row lettin loose with my Dio Last in Line t shirt . I think being the first female headbanger ever in our capital city earns me some rights of passage at gigs, and I'll be aggressive about it too.lol
I belong in front fuckn row and thats all there is to it.
Other music I've been into and am now are
Tesla Steve Vai Yngwie J Malmsteen Diamond Head Fastway Thin Lizzy Deep Purple Motley Crue Black Sab Randy Rhoads Judas Priest Whitesnake LA Guns
Quiet Riot Skid row
Sammy Hagar Saxon Ratt Queensryche Iron Maiden Van Halen Rush even some Nugent Triumph- Magic Power was a real favourite at one time, and now when I listen to it, it takes me back ...Used to sing it Alll the time.
NOW I'm TOTALLY into Bullet for my Valentine, it sucks though, they are playing in my head 24/7 and its driving me crazy, Bullet, you are ruining my ability to hear anything else.lol Doesnt matter if I listen to anything else, as soon as there's no music playing, its tears dont fall, all these things I hate, cries in vain, ahhggghhhhhh!
I'm possessed by Bullet!
About me: Gee, that was weird...I just deleted all of my hundreds of friends...I tried to pick n choose but took too long, so if you are one of those people WHO REALLY WANT TO KNOW ME...then add me again...you must be genuine though cos I am so over FAKES!!!...otherwise go to my other profile for bands n stuff n unpersonal shit you know...I'm a Western Australian Ducati riding headbangin' babe! This is my baby!!
~I Hate liars~love music like an obsession/addiction~lately I care less what people think~ and I tell them alot more~ I expect more honesty to find me~
I love long hair and as you can guess , Music!
I love lyrics, I love to hear what the vocalist is expressing!!!!!!! LOVE to listen to the music, no wonder I'm partial to some christian metal (like Switchfoot, Thousand foot krutch and Pillar) and still live in the 80's where the grass was green the music was real the brotherhood was true...blah blah blah...you get the drift!!
I highly recommend Bunbury Web Design
ANYWAY..................
Why do people do the metal sign to themselves thesedays? In the 80's we raised our hand and held it up to the band...if you know the answer, let me in on it, if you're just a sheep and do it cos someone else did.hahahahaha!fukwit!
I'm a web designer, into music / motorcycle related web sites. I love designing Music/bike sites. Cos thats what I'm into.
I want to meet people who were in the 80's music scene...I want to catch up with my fellow headbangers from that time- people with 'Death before Dishonour' imprints. REAL FUCKING HEADBANGERS MAN! Where are you all????? Come and talk to me!!! 1983>> Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide...
I WANT TO MEET EVERGREY!!!!or at least see them play!
Want to meet Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich.(and Jason Newsted)METALLICA!
..
Me n Motorhead White sands hotel Think it was about 1985, and I was 16 or 17. Had 2 Photos with Lemmy but he was rude, lol. I declined the party back stage offer.
Fuck I've seen a million bands, and some of them a million times!I wanna see a million more!
Whatever happened to Metal for Melbourne? I travelled on a Greyhound bus every year for that gig when WAS 15, and it took me months to come back home.Theres a couple of bands that I used to see often, actually still catch up with a couple of musos from that time, (geez theyre fuckin old now) Remember I was underage! Almost Human was an Adelaide band, Ion Drive melbourne and had alot of party dayz with em. Never got into Sydney, still dont like it.
The Perth metal scene always struggled for some reason, I love that its still alive though and theres still some old school metal bands around-though I'm havin a very hard time finding them (lots of neck muscle work outs looking ) haha.
I went out every night of the week to see a band, a Monday night might have been in a sound room, but still...
I'd like to meet people into music, bikes (particularily my own kind) and cars.(I'm a holden girl)love holden utes and early Monaro's. Music, well yeah would be a very suicidal experience to be without it for any length of time. I play music when riding when driving and when working, don't need it whilst sleeping, as I always wake up with a song in my head anyway.
I'm a fucking wee bit mad at times! I can headbang to Static X doing 130km/h or something like that, AND pose for the camera.lol Got a new nickname last Monday, if you can guess it, I'll give ya a cookie! Was doing 190kmh racing a Triumph Thruxton (he said later he couldnt go any faster)
I can often be found on www.fasterlouder.com as 'whiplash' or www.perthstreetbikes.com as ducatigirl
This is my latest favourite band right now. They're Fukn Awesome!! EVERGREY

Thanx to everyone that came along to the HQ Show with Glenn Hughes & Electric Mary. It was an awesome night and Glenn Hughes did not dissapoint.
For all that attended, Adelaide saw one of the most talented & natural musicians on Planet Earth. And Electric Mary from Melbourne put on a powerhouse set of classic aussie rock. If you havent seen Electric Mary, do yourself a favour, they are one of very few tight, kick ass bands touring Oz at the minute....Killer band!
I know we've said it before, but this will be our last show for a while as we put the finishing touches to the debut album. To be released towards the end of the year.
Howdy!!
Hope you and your friends enjoy this demo, we're going to include you all every step of the way..Input is what we want so let us know!
Luv Always
