cassetto's policy is a conceptual tripod consisting of "The Patience Approach", "The Jazz Approach" and "The How-Not-What Approach".

The Patience approach

cassetto's employees do not spend their time exclusively on cassetto. hence cassetto may not always be able to deliver, but when cassetto delivers, cassetto delivers genuine sounds of great depth and sincerity.

cassetto means quality, not quantity

The Jazz approach

cassetto's main focus is not to build new songs from scratch, instead cassetto will frequently reuse high quality material originally built by other entrepreneurs in the business, and transform these solutions into something that is cassetto. fortunately this does not mean that cassetto is a so called "entertainment business" with a "customer first" strategy. on the contrary, cassetto is an "art and experience business" and cassetto knows everything about quality and personality. cassetto is not a jukebox.
