    Some musical notes about me:
    I love music. No, I don't play an instrument [anymore]. Just because I don't play doesn't mean I don't have a good ear, good taste, or can't read music. Lyrics mean a lot to me in a good song, but I can also appreciate the musicianship as well if the song is well done. And my tastes run from classical, to classic rock, to plain rock-n-roll, to metal. And I'm confident enough in my musical sexuality to say "yes, I liked the 80's." *ahem*

About me:

I am a poet, a writer, a dreamer, a peasant, a princess, a history nerd, a closet archaeologist, a Toys-R-Us kid, a dork, a brat, and a complicated mass of neurons that collectively make a brain.


I like to cook but I know my limits (I apparently suck at spaghetti sauce). I like to draw but I'm no Van Gogh (which, really, who else is/was/or will be?). I think too much about mundane things and not enough about important things. I've seen Hell, I've visited, I've gotten frequent flyer miles... and I don't recommend the trip (the buffet sucks).


I appreciate life and despise drama, I live in the real world but thrive in fiction. I am in love with a man who completes me in ways I never imagined I could ever need (and therefore OFF the market).


This is what sealed the deal pretty much:
