All of my music is a shared effort. Without the help of others, music would not be the same. There is something magical about sharing the musical experience with other musicians. They bring a much bigger presence than I could hope to achieve alone. The music you hear that is being recorded now is written by:
Cassidy - Singer-Songwriter, Guitar, Piano, Bass
Clinton - Songwriter, Drums, Percussion
There are many musicians that I have been lucky enough to jam with over the years. The ones you hear on the player besides myself are:
Rally Revolution: with my new band Ladyz ’n the Barley
Clinton Roman - Drums
Shanti Bohlman - Acoustic Guitar, Vox
Gordy Veltkamp - Acoustic-Electric Bass
Matt Broiler - Electric Guitar Guru
In The Mood:
Clinton Roman - Drums Matt Broiler - Guitar Gordy Veltkamp - Bass
Meltdown: with my old band Microcosm Clinton Roman - Percussion
Tim Lower - Bass
Chris Olds - Drums
Matt Broiler - Lead Guitar
Paul Yanello - Rhythm/Lead Guitar
Open It Up: with Microcosm Clinton Roman - Percussion
Tim Lower - Bass
Chris Olds - Drums
Matt Broiler - Lead Guitar
Paul Yanello - Rhythm/Lead Guitar
Simon Ghionea - Keys
B-Side: with Microcosm Clinton Roman - Percussion
Tim Lower - Bass
Chris Olds - Drums
Matt Broiler - Lead Guitar, Backup Vox
Paul Yanello - Rhythm/Lead Guitar

Sounds Like
Well that's an interesting question?!? You tell me?
According to Jake Tenpas of the Gazette Times, in an article on my previous band, Microcosm, "when Cassidy's voice blows in, it's like Joyo Velarde to Lyrics Born, Flora Purim to Chick Corea or Grace Slick to the beautifully fuzzy caterwaul of Paul Kanter and Jefferson Airplane."
So I'll let you be the judge. Feel free to write me and let me know what you think.
A Little About Me:
Ok, well I just got this page up, so be patient as I build it. I'll be adding a bunch more about me.
I have always been thrilled with music in general. Every kind, playing it, writing it, singing it. As early as I can remember I was singing. I grew up in Richmond, VA, and when my dad bought me a Casio keyboard at the age of 4 or 5, that started a lifelong dream of being a musician. My mom started me in the church choir when I was about 6 or 7 years old, and I've been singing ever since. In middle school, I picked up my brothers trumpet, and decided I wanted to add that to the list, and played in the school bands in middle and high school. I played in the symphonic, jazz, and marching bands, and my junior year, I became the co-drum major at our high school, holding a part-time job on the side. I continued on singing in the choir and playing my trumpet until I graduated. Once I had moved out on my own, a friend handed me a guitar and taught me a few chords. So, thank you Aaron! Several years later, and after traveling across the country, I settled down in Oregon, bought my first Washburn acoustic-electric guitar, and have not put it down since. I recently picked up a Washburn acoustic-electric bass, and have been learning to play that as well. My next project will be learning the electric guitar. I have been performing on stage for as long as I can remember, and have performed with many amazing musicians, who have given me more support than I can possibly give thanks for. So here's to all of you, you know who you are.
My latest band is called Ladyz 'n the Barley. Check out the page if you're interested. Aside from performing with the band, I still write music on my own time, when I'm not in the studio mastering tracks. So that's what you will get a chance to experience here. The tracks that I am posting are written by myself and/or Clinton Roman. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Aside from my musical interests, I am also a fire-dancer, and perform in a show called The Festival of Colors. It's a blacklight extravaganza like you've never seen. Once we get a site posted for it, I'll post the link here for all of you to check out. Wishing you all much love and light.
My new single "I Can't Kiss Me" just became available at ITUNES and you can watch the video at YOUTUBE. The full album comes out on Aug 11th! Here's the video!
