Cassino & Labèn, or rather Andrea Cassino and Alex Labèn, were born in the small town of located in the heart of Italy, where they presently reside.
The pair met in 1999, while the two were working as DJ and PR in the same club. Right from the beginning, their friendship, the same way of thinking, the same feelings about music turned into real passion. The mutual understanding between the two turned out to be highly positive and driven by an uncontrollable will to do something tangible, they began their project called Cassino & Labèn, in 2001.
Their live set composed in Ableton Live double laptop performace, consist in 2 different ways:
The first live set is playing with two laptops, keyboards, midi controllers and all that stuff. The sound's performance consist of an endless excursion among different sound combinations like deep, minimal, progressive and techno, all the stuff played in the live is composed, thought up and edited by Cassino and Labèn.
The second live set is such as a dj set, but entirely re-editing and played with one laptop and 2 midi controllers.
As for as their releases until today, they have worked with some important labels around the world like Armada Music, Dual Musik, Aenaria, Babylon, Tilth Music and their tracks were played from the most important artists and djs of the world like Richie Hawtin, Paul Van Dyk, Sasha, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, Hernan Cattaneo, Armin Van Buuren, Gabriel & Dresden, Paolo Mojo, John Askew and more.
In winter 2006 Cassino & Labèn have participated to Elettrowave Challenge ’06 where they won the first place in this competition. During the Challenge they have played their live set around some important clubs like Bari (The Flame), Bologna (Cassero).
In May 2007 and August 2008 they flight to The South America Tour exactly in Argentina, where theirs showcase was been really full of energy, collecting much respect from Argentinian peoples.
They played their live performance in a lot of places, Jacko’s Club, Bahrein, Amerika in Buenos Aires, Mei Club, La Macarena Tokio After Club in Rosario, Blue Beats in Mar Del Plata and Dorian Gray in Cordoba.
Next one step they receive an offer from the famous and well known internet radio Frisky Radio, getting the opportunity to make theirs own radioshow, of course they are very enjoy to think up 6Th Auditorium.
All these experiences come through in their productions and with time they have obtained the sounds which were closest to their inner thoughts.

Die Berliner Eventreihe MONO hat sich mit einem Mix aus anspruchsvollem Booking, innovativen Visuals und modernem Design innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu einem Highlight im vielfältigen Nachtleben der Hauptstadt entwickelt. Im jungen Berliner Club Rechenzentrum (www.club-rechenzentrum.de) präsentieren Bahattin (ehemaliger Mitacher des Online-Labels Pentagonik und Veranstalter der gleichnamigen Partys in Berlin) und die brasilianischen Sängerin und DJane Virginia seit Anfang 2009 erstklassiges Entertainment: internationale DJs und Liveacts neben verdienten Größen der lokalen Szene, eindrucksvolle Visuals der Firma Wipemode (www.wipemode.de) und eine atemberaubende PA der Marke Audiom.
