Beware the Ides, formed from the ashes of Massachusetts favorites RawHead Rex and Change of System, truly ARE the music they write and play. They are five individuals who are passionate, expressive, sometimes dark, sometimes hopeful, but always 100% dedicated to their craft. Each member of the band is a talented musician, protective of his music’s integrity as much as he is concerned that the audience ~ be it 5 people or 5000 ~ enjoy the experience of seeing and hearing the band play. These guys are absolutely serious about what they do. And they do it face-meltingly, ear-bleedingly well.
BTI hit the scene with the intention of reinvigorating heavy metal and bringing it back to the forefront. If the horned hordes who attend the shows and the invitations that have been flooding in to play shows all across New England are any indication, they’ve succeeded…in spades.
Beware the Ides has a voracious appetite for playing live and to that end, concentrates on taking advantage of every opportunity offered them and every opportunity they’ve had to go out and create for themselves. They’ve done interviews, been played on internet radio stations across the globe, played small venues, played major shows (like Rock the Ink, opening for Killswitch Engage), set up gigs for other bands, interviewed their influences (like Mudvayne and Five Finger Death Punch) to establish the beginnings of relationships that might at some point yield much more than conversation, spent countless hours thanking their fans for attending their shows, and created an internet presence that is polished, interactive, and unmistakably geared towards, of course along with promoting their music and merchandise, making their fans ~ of all ages ~ feel like part of the BTI family.
Their debut EP, “Cast from Anger,” already in the hands of over 300 industry heavy hitters ~ from reviewers to major labels ~ has garnered only positive reaction and will soon be followed with a second album.
Groovy , gory death metal con cojones, blood painted spanish singer in a gore movies and comics inspired universe… COMO MUERTOS will release its debut album on March on DEADLIGHT ENTERTAINEMENT, straight from DRUDENHAUS STUDIO(ANOREXIA NERVOSA, ULTRA VOMIT…), it will be called « Cronica Del Dolor »
Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel THE 13TH is now in stores everywhere! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride!
There's even a website devoted just to the book, with an interactive map of the places and characters at www.the13th-horror.com.
Edward Lee called THE 13TH "A double-barreled shotgun blast of macabre entertainment -- an expert amalgamation of grotesquerie, eroticism, mystery, and pitch-black occult horror that no fan of the genre can miss."
And Gary A. Braunbeck said, "John Everson's The 13th is the first out-and-out horror novel in a long while to actually scare the **** out of me while reading it. It's stylish, extremely well-written, filled with richly-drawn characterizations, and boasts a labyrinthine plot worthy of Umberto Eco. Trust me -- this one will fry your nerves and break your heart."

We're people in the industry/scene who understand what musicians and fans want and need. We're creating a place where music in the most important thing. Remember when Myspace was a cool place for band to be discovered? Now in 2009 it's basically nothing but bands adding bands! Not to mention tons of fans have moved on to facebook because of all the band spam! Yeah that's right, sorry to tell you kids, but the industry knows your numbers are the result of "friend blasters" and spending day and night doing random add's. The countless "thanks for the friend request" comments are dead giveaways. So, what will be the site that Facebook defectors and music fans search when they want to hear some music? Where will you search to find T-shit printers or Cd manufacturers, agents, venues, stores?

And the best part is, YOU get paid direct via PayPal. No middle man to cut into your profits! One stop for you and your fans! We're making it easy to search thru the site for any and all services you need to function in the music industry. And Hey, you can always use more exposure right?!?
